Lexington - Lexington & Concord were, I believe, set aside for Revolutionary War soldiers from that area of Massachusetts and it was settled soon after the War. The initial designation for Lexington was N2 R1 West and its first census as such was in 1810. By 1820 it was called Gilman Pond Plantation and by 1840 it was referred to as Lexington.
Concord - As with Lexington above, N1 R1 West was settled after the Revolutionary War. In 1810 it had its first enumeration but in 1820 it was called Asia. Concord was established in 1821 and the censuses after that called it Concord.

Bingham - Not surprisingly, the area known as N1 R1 which was just across the river from Concord was settled in 1785 and by 1812 it had been established as a town in honor of . Thus, Bingham had its first census in 1820.
Brighton Plantation - N2 R1 was established in 1816 although its first census doesn't seem to be until 1830 when it was called Brighton.
